What does $100 a night get you in Hong Kong?
It gets you a teeny tiny apartment!
We had two double beds, a cook stove, a fridge, a teeny tiny bathroom and just enough space to put our bags on the floor! (Sorry I didn’t clean up for you!)
A handsome husband doing the dishes is not included!
Here is the view out side our window.
And the street view.
We booked the apartment on AirBnB and it was one of the least expensive ones we could find to accommodate our family of four. It was in the Yau Ma Tei district which is a part of Kowloon. This is the old part of town and was a very authentic Chinese neighbourhood.
I don’t think I would stay in this area again. Although it was very convenient to go to many markets, next time I would like to be closer to the water front or near a park so that it would be a short walk to find a place for the kids to run around.
